1. Return Eligibility

- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be free from any odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, detergent), stains, pet hair, or signs of wear.
- For hygienic reasons, certain items are non-returnable (see section 2 below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Undergarments, socks, and face masks (if purchased separately)

- Gift cards and digital products

- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return form.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. HipHopStoreUS.com is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, size issues), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email within 5 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted. 6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund (following the process above) and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
We stand behind the quality of every product sold on HipHopStoreUS.com. If you receive a defective or damaged item (e.g., broken zipper, print flaw, ripped seam), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos or a short video clearly showing the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 2 business days with a solution, which may include a full refund, a replacement at no extra cost, or a store credit equivalent to the purchase price plus a 10% goodwill bonus.
8. International Returns (Orders Outside the USA)
For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during return shipment will not be reimbursed by HipHopStoreUS.com. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. After 2 hours or once the order is processed, cancellations may no longer be possible. In that case, please follow the standard return procedure after receiving the item.
