Domestic Shipping (USA Only)

We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. For addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

HipHopStoreUS.com is not liable for lost or stolen packages that show “Delivered” via carrier tracking. However, if your package has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. In cases of confirmed carrier loss, we will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Address Errors

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees equal to the original shipping cost will apply.

Returns & Refunds Related to Shipping

If you refuse delivery of a package without prior authorization, the order will be returned to us, and you will be refunded the product total minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges. For damaged or incorrect items received, please refer to our Return Policy or email us within 7 days of delivery.
